Payment Information


No-show fees or cancellation penalties, according to the policy, will be automatically charged to the credit card entered to make the reservation. Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used on the website for full payment or as a security deposit.


General Policies



1. Cancellations

Cancellations without penalty must be made before the start of the check-in day. For example:

  • If check-in is on January 1st and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days prior, the cancellation must be made before 11:59 p.m. on December 29th..
  • Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

2. Early Departure or No-Show

Early departure or no-show will incur a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost. Exceptions may be considered, subject to prior authorization from the hotel.

3. Reservation Modification

Non-refundable reservations do not allow changes to dates or names. Extending the reservation implies maintaining the original policies and restrictions. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

4. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out. For flexible reservations with partial or full refunds for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after the corresponding request and confirmation.

  • All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking; Otherwise, additional check-in costs may apply.
  • Availability of accommodation for additional guests is not guaranteed.
  • Guests under 18 years of age are not accepted.

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • The price does not include additional charges for hotel services (minibar, telephone calls, etc.) or taxes or other statutory charges. These charges will be determined at check-out. Check-in is from 3 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive later, please contact reception. Check-out is at 12 pm. 6. Non-Refundable Costs. By making your reservation, you agree that the transaction fees and associated service charges are non-refundable. This means that, in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to services processed at the time of confirmation.


    Force Majeure Policy

    

    1. Natural Disaster

    A return certificate will be issued, valid for the unused nights, within a period of one calendar year. This certificate is non-transferable and non-cash, and is subject to availability and restrictions.

    2. Natural Disaster Alert

    There will be no penalty for date changes until 72 hours after the alert is issued.>

    3. No Shows

    There will be no penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the hotel resumes normal operations.>

    4. Early Departure

    Early departure will not incur penalties, and the guest will receive a certificate for the unused nights, valid for one year..

    5. Rescheduling

    The original rate will be guaranteed for trips taken within one year of the original booking date. Rescheduling must be done within 30 days of the natural disaster, subject to applicable seasonal restrictions.

    6. Changes to the Policy

    This policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
